We are currently working with the Vendor of the hardware causing the problem. The home directories are still down for the time being, but we are working to have them up and running ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience.
UPDATE (01/22/08 8:25 AM):
The Home Directories are running, but are still experiencing extreme latency issues. We will continue working throughout the day to resolve these issues.
RESOLVED (01/22/08 11:00 AM):
The EWS Home Directories and all additional EWS services affected by this outageare back to full working order. Thank you for your patience while the problem was being investigated.
