State-Of-The-Art Compound Semiconductor Material and Device Research
The Semiconductor Research Group (SRG) is the research
team of Professor Gregory E. Stillman at the University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Stillman is a professor in the
Electrical
and Computer Engineering Department and the SRG is based in the Microelectronics
Laboratory at the UIUC and is a part of the Center
for Compound Semiconductor Microelectronics , an NSF ERC. Our group's
research is mainly focused on the growth and characterization of high-quality
compound semiconductor material and devices.
