Short Autobiography

I was born and grew up in Xi’an, one of the most ancient cities in China. After attending local schools, I went to Peking University and spent four wonderful years there. I started my graduate school years at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I obtained my MS degree in December 2003. Now, I am working towards my PhD degree at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology, University of Illinois.
