Welcome
Hi, This is Rama. I am a graduate student in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign. I am working towards my PhD, graduating in Spring 2007. My about me page has more description about me (of course!)
Research
I am currently working with Dr. Edmund Seebauer on novel means to control semiconductor solid defect concentrations, including control through optical stimulation and control through surface chemistry to improve transistor junction formation. We also apply the methods to metal oxide semiconductors, mainly titanium dioxide. This has applications in improving transistor juction formation and catalysis. My research page has more description.
