Created and developed ProSight Warehouse, a bioinformatics data warehouse for ProSight PTM. This was the first commercially available Top-Down proteomics software suite, released as ProSightPC^® licensed to Thermo^®in 2006.

Research Assistant, NCSA, Urbana-Champaign, IL (1999 – 2001)

Designed and implemented the Hierarchy Builder of the Hierarchical Distributed Dynamic Indexing (HDDI) project in Java for the National Center for Supercomputer Applications (NCSA).

Volunteer Researcher, CANIS Lab, Urbana-Champaign, IL (1997 - 1998)

Engineered and wrote code in C for the Boeing knowledge management system.

Co-System Operator, MediNet BBS (1991 – 1999)

Co-founder and intermediary for private bulletin board system that encourages communication between medical doctors.

Investigated natural products to produce a new medicine. Supervised 12 individuals on a daily basis. Troubleshot and managed quality control for highest selling painkiller company in Korea.
